Winter Rebuilds Progress

With 3 cars to get ready for 2015 season, work has started in earnest!! First of all, it was Ian Ellis’s car whose full rebuild was completed late December. Ian’s chassis has had a full strip down, re-powder coated, all alloy panels replaced, full engine & gearbox rebuild. It will be nearly 2 years since Ian has been out in this car and his champing at the bit to get going! Next up it’s Dave Billington’s Van Diemen. Dave’s car had a big rebuild at end of 2013 so, this year just a checkover is in order. Dave didn’t take part in many events in 2014 due to work commitments so the car hasn’t done many miles. Finally, it will be the turn of Will Alterman’s Reynard whose dampers need stripping & rebuilding. Busy time, more news soon!
